eXp's revenue share is a 7-tier program paid monthly out of eXp's Company Dollar — never from sponsored agents' commissions. 50% of every Company Dollar funds the pool. Tiers 1-3 are open the day you join; Tier 4 unlocks at 5 FLQAs, Tier 5 at 10 FLQAs, Tier 6 at 15 FLQAs, Tier 7 at 30+ FLQAs. Capping auto-unlocks Tiers 4-5; ICON auto-unlocks all 7.
